Orders
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders over $69.
Shipping times varies based on your location. Orders in North America & Europe will take approximately 5-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Returns
Change your mind? No problem. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lidias.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@lidias.co. Please allow 48 hours for our reply. Your refund will be issued within 7 days of a successful return.
There is no fee for returns, and no restocking fee, however the customer is responsible for return postage. To start a return or for more information, please contact hello@lidias.co.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product you have received for something different, it will be processed like a regular return. You send us the item you don’t want and we will refund you. You can then proceed to place a new order in our website.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@lidias.co.
You will be issued your refund back on the form of original payment, meaning, if you paid for your order with a card, your refund will be issued back to the same card. If you paid via Paypal, we refer you to them for more information. Did you place your order during a campaign period or with a discount code? When we receive your return, your order total will be recalculated. If the terms of the campaign or discount aren't met, we will deduct the discount from your refund.
Claims
In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we want to make it right as soon as possible. Please email the following information to hello@lidias.co.
- Email address that you used when placing the order
- Order number
- Customer name
- Product number
- Photo of damaged or incorrect item
- Photo of your package, if that is possible

Shipping
We are currently offering free worldwide shipping on all orders! No minimums.
Please note that customs duties abroad are not included in the price and may therefore be imposed upon receipt of order.

- Canada & US shipping: 2-5 working days
- Europe shipping: 3-8 working days
- Japan shipping: 2-5 working days
- Rest of world shipping: 10-14 business days

All prints are shipped in high quality solid triangular-box packaging that mitigates damage. Rest assured, your print will arrive without any wrinkles or folds!
